estrat is committed to ensuring all our business practices meet the highest levels of ethical and corporate social responsibility standards. Our commitment to this is evidenced by our decision to work only with organisations with the same commitment to the community, environment, employees and customers. All engagements entered into are governed by terms and conditions ensuring the highest standards of sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility and all procurement and sourcing, whether they be direct or indirect must meet acceptable levels of sustainability, anti-slavery end ethical sourcing standards.    

We have thoroughly investigated the labour practices of our own Company, and those of the direct suppliers to our Company, to ensure there is no slavery or forced labour used anywhere in our Company or by any of the direct suppliers to our Company.  We have put in place all necessary processes, procedures, investigations and compliance systems to ensure that this situation will continue to be the case at all times   

Our modern slavery strategies include:  

• A commitment to the prevention of behaviours and actions that may lead to inequality, forced labour, human tracking or unethical treatment of staff, contractors or any other of our business partners
• Ensuring ethical employment, engagement and procurement principles are included in all organisational planning activities
• Providing ongoing education and training to all of our employees to ensure that all employees are able to undertake their duties in an ethical and caring manner
• Consulting with employees and other parties to improve decision-making on employment and procurement matters
• Ethical behaviour being a condition of employment
• Ensuring any divergent incidents are investigated and lessons are learnt within the organisation    Distributing employment and procurement information, including this policy, to all employees and interested parties
• Providing appropriate resources to ensure ethical treatment of staff, contractors and business stakeholders is a central part of the organisation, and
• Our managers demonstrating visible leadership and commitment to ethical standards and behaviours.
